The CCJ and ICRC made this known during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)on Friday in Abuja.

He emphasised the importance of renewing the relationship to continue developing jurisprudence in new areas of law, while welcoming the ongoing cooperation.
The Head of the ICRC delegation, Yann Bonzon, underscored the committee’s historic and valuable relationship with ECOWAS, and detailed the evolution of the partnership to include the first MoU signed in 2001 and that of 2023.
